Since joining the firm in 2019, Lauren has been an integral part of our real estate practice where she has consistently demonstrated unparalleled dedication to our clients and comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of real estate law. Her primary responsibilities encompass a diverse range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisition and sale transactions, complex financing transactions, and commercial lease drafting and negotiation.
In addition to her contributions to our real estate practice, Lauren has been a valuable asset to our land use team, assisting with legal research, writing, and analysis on various matters. Her ability to navigate complex legal issues has made her an indispensable member of our team.
Lauren’s thirteen-year legal career began with her graduation cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law and admission to the Georgia Bar in 2010. Thereafter, she worked with a regional law firm in Monroe, Georgia, where she handled a broad range of transactional real estate matters, as well as representations involving administrative and regulatory law, local government law, and general civil litigation, before relocating to the greater Delaware area and joining our firm in 2019. Since then, Lauren has been admitted to the Bars of three additional states – Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.
