Lauren is a partner in the firm’s real estate section, working on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisition and sale transactions, complex financing transactions, document preparation and lot acquisition transactions for residential subdivisions, and commercial lease drafting and negotiation. Lauren also works with the firm’s land use section on various matters involving legal research, writing, and analysis.
Following her graduation cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law and admission to the Georgia Bar in 2010, Lauren gained significant experience working with a regional law firm in Monroe, Georgia on a broad range of transactional real estate matters and representation involving administrative and regulatory law, local government law, and general civil litigation. Lauren recently relocated with her family to the greater Delaware area and is admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland.
