Tarabicos Grosso’s 10-week summer associate program provides accomplished law students with an opportunity to gain practical law firm experience and exposure to a wide range of interesting and complex legal matters across all areas of the firm’s real estate, land use, and business practices. Summer associates participate in client meetings, attend hearings, conduct legal research, prepare presentation materials, and work on exciting and meaningful client projects.
Over the course of the program, the firm also hosts a number of social events to familiarize the summer associates with Delaware and the surrounding area and to reinforce the firm’s culture of teamwork and camaraderie. This summer’s events include a weekend retreat at the Delaware beaches, a variety of casual happy hours and firm dinners, visits to notable client projects, and participation in local events.
