Members of Tarabicos Grosso & Hoffman’s Land Use Team were invited to attend a recent reception celebrating the progress of the redevelopment of Barley Mill Plaza, and particularly the upcoming Grand Opening of the future Wegmans grocery store. This centrally-located store and shopping center will easily serve thousands of Delawareans from the City of Wilmington to Hockessin to New Castle and beyond.
TGH Managing Partner Mike Hoffman was instrumental in obtaining the necessary, complicated, and highly technical approvals needed for the entire Barley Mill project. The firm is very proud to have had a role in bringing this long-anticipated project to life!
