As 2023 winds down (or finishes out with a bang, depending on which TGH member you ask!), our team has made it an annual practice to both celebrate our hard work for the year and give back to our local community.
This year, we adopted a few families directly and also supported the efforts of Pastor Margaret Guy with STVPCF in Wilmington, in addition to one of our favorite non-profits, Friendship House. These two organizations work incredibly hard to provide assistance and care to Wilmington area residents, and we are privileged to support their work. One car load of toys, clothes, diapers, and Chromebook laptops was delivered to STVPCF, and another carload of toys was delivered to Friendship House. Several members of the firm also volunteered at the Friendship House Toy Drive, helping parents pick out gifts and wrap them!
To celebrate the end of the year as a team, we also shared an excellent meal at La Fia Bistro in Wilmington with our staff and their significant others. The four partners were gifted with an array of funny, sentimental, and personal items, not the least of which included a full Gritty mask and a Santa suit! We are so grateful every year how much we truly enjoy each other’s company.
