Mitsdarfer, III, will be presenting a CLE on A Practitioner’s Guide to Modern Real Estate Finance: Making the Loan Fit the Project. The discussion will include an overview of several important elements of most construction loans, including due diligence, lien protections, and key construction loan documents. Additionally, it will identify a few typical property specific construction loans and explore key considerations/differences for these construction loans.
