Delaware-based financial services company Marlette Funding is set to become the newest anchor tenant at The Concord, the redeveloped mixed-use community located at 3419 Silverside Road in Wilmington. Marlette recently signed a long-term lease for 60,000 square feet of premium office space within a new three-story building to be constructed at the former Concord Plaza site by the end of summer 2021. The new space will make room for over 400 new employees.
The Concord is currently home to 166 high-end apartments, community amenities, and several retail, office, and restaurant tenants, including PayPal Holdings, The Mill Coworking Space, Amstel Barbershop, Solidcore, Legion Transformation Center, Taverna, and El Camino Mexican Kitchen. The second phase of construction is currently underway at the site, which will include additional apartments, retail, and premium office space, including the new Marlette headquarters.
Tarabicos Grosso was instrumental in assisting developer The Buccini/Pollin Group, Inc. with the redevelopment of The Concord and facilitated all land use approvals for the project, now one of the area’s premier mixed-use communities.
