We are always thrilled to see TGH projects in the news, and in this month’s Delaware Business Times newsletter, we had TWO projects noted. First is the medical technology company Hologic and their expansion into the Glasgow Business Community campus. Second, the highly visible and truly innovative Avenue North mixed-use development by Delle Donne & Associates on the site formerly occupied by pharmaceutical giant Astra Zeneca along U.S. Route 202 Concord Pike.
