We were once again thrilled to be able to sponsor the annual Vet Fest at the Town of Whitehall! This community event includes races for all ages and skill levels, family-friendly events, a parade, and live music, all with the mission of supporting the Stop Soldier Suicide nonprofit. Stop Soldier Suicide is the nation’s first veteran-founded-and-led 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to preventing military suicide. The organization believes that no one who has served our country should ever feel alone. Its wellness program utilizes evidence-based risk assessment tools to help veterans and service members at risk for suicide.
This year, firm Partner Scott Matthews attended with three TG paralegals — Sam Biggs, Desiree Sulpizio, and Stevie Varela — who all participated in the 5k, 10k, and Ruck races! We are constantly in awe of the many philanthropic projects that our client Brian DiSabatino, CEO of the EDiS Company and pictured below in his patriotic gear, manages to spearhead each year, and we are proud to promote the causes he highlights.
The Town of Whitehall itself is also an EDiS & Eastern States Group project that our firm has been very proud to assist with from its inception over a decade ago, through today.
