As featured this week in the Delaware Business Times, restaurateur Gianmarco Martuscelli will be opening a new steakhouse in Newark, Rockwell’s on Main, in a space formerly occupied by Iron Hill Brewery. Tarabicos Grosso partner J. Breck Smith assisted with the leasing of the space. It’s an exciting repurposing of a community hub in Newark, aimed at retaining elements of the former space while elevating the overall dining concept.
