We are pleased to announce that Daniel F. McAllister has joined the firm to head our commercial litigation practice group. Dan is an experienced litigator ready and enthusiastic about assisting the firm’s clients with commercial litigation matters involving contract, construction, land use, landlord-tenant, builder-homebuyer, and employment disputes, as well as title claims, mechanic’s lien actions, and land use matters. Dan is also a very experienced employment law attorney. In Dan, we have found a smart, experienced, strong, and aggressive litigator, who also fits in well with our personnel and our clients, and are now launching our litigation practice for the first time.
Prior to joining the firm, Dan handled significant litigation matters at other Delaware law firms and also served as a Senior Assistant City Solicitor in Wilmington, where he represented the City in all Delaware state and federal courts and in labor and employment matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Delaware Department of Labor.
A 2005 graduate of Boston University School of Law, Dan previously served as chair of the Labor and Employment section of the Delaware State Bar Association (2013 to 2014), and served as an editor of the American Journal of Law and Medicine while in law school. He is admitted to the Delaware and Massachusetts Bars, the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
We are excited to welcome Dan to the firm and the value and service he will provide to our clients with commercial litigation and employment law services.
