Santa Fe Mexican Grill coming to 2000 Pennsylvania Avenue mixed use project

Published onFebruary 21, 2020

Santa Fe Mexican Grill, originally a part of the Galleria Shops, is returning to Wilmington as part of the new $40 million mixed use redevelopment project currently under construction on Pennsylvania Avenue. Tarabicos Grosso represented Tsionas Properties in connection with its acquisition of the 2000 Pennsylvania Avenue property in 2015 and facilitated the land use approvals for the redevelopment project, which will include a mix of luxury residences and high-quality retail and commercial spaces. The project represents an investment in the City of Wilmington and seeks to convert this corridor of the City into a safe, populous, amenity-rich, walkable community.
