William is a paralegal with the firm in the land use department under the mentorship of Frederick Mitsdarfer and Peter Yingst.
William obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pace University in 2017, and later obtained his Paralegal Studies Certificate from Villanova University. Prior to pursuing his legal career, William worked as a Marketing and Leasing Associate at Metropolitan Equities, LLC in New York, NY. As a marketing and leasing associate, William helped manage a portfolio of over 500 units, developing the documentation and language needed for leases, various tenant agreements, internal tracking systems, and public-facing advertisements. Drawing on his diverse educational, extracurricular, and professional background, William approaches his work at the firm with cleverness, a strong sense of organization, fresh analytical thinking, and enthusiasm for producing excellent results for the firm’s clients.
