John Polanin serves as the Firm Office Manager of Tarabicos Grosso, working closely with the firm’s partners and firm finance manager to oversee the daily personnel and facilities operations of the firm, including benefit administration, staffing and recruitment, IT management, and special projects.
John brings a variety of business operational experiences to the firm, with over 10 years of staffing and organizational management experience, including both in small businesses and other law firms.
