Hayley Schnetzer is a senior paralegal in the firm’s land use section, working on a variety of complex and sophisticated land use and development matters, including state-of-the-industry mixed-use projects; commercial development, redevelopment, and zoning matters; and approvals for residential communities. She works closely with the firm’s attorneys and clients on all stages of plan approval and assists with the preparation of presentations before legislative and administrative bodies, including county, city, and town councils, boards of adjustment, planning boards and commissions, historic review boards, and state review services. Hayley also assists in the coordination of community outreach and meetings, preparation and review of documents related to project approvals, and property research.
In addition to her land use work, Hayley also assists the firm’s real estate section with lot purchase transactions involving residential subdivisions and a variety of commercial real estate and title matters.
Hayley graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.A. in International Relations in 2015 and currently serves in the Delaware Army National Guard. As a native Delawarean, Hayley enjoys working with the firm’s clients on real estate projects that support economic development, promote smart growth and revitalization, and benefit local communities in Delaware.
