Frederick H. Mitsdarfer, III’s unique background and experience allows him to better understand each client’s unique situation, so he can help them take the best path forward. Whether he is representing a local developer, one the world’s largest global real estate developers, a regional bank, a national REIT, or an individual pursuing their dream, Fred is able to leverage years of experience working on some of the most complex real estate projects to provide creative solutions to help his clients achieve their goals.
As a Partner with Tarabicos Grosso, LLP, Fred focuses his practice on complex transactions involving the acquisition, finance, development, lease, and disposition of real estate for clients in the lender, developer, owner/operator, joint venture, corporate, and investor space. Fred’s work involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the various documents related to a wide range of commercial and industrial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, lease agreements, easements, joint venture agreements, development agreements, security instruments, legal opinions, and other real estate related agreements, as well as helping with all facets of due diligence, including title.
