Desiree Sulpizio is a paralegal in the firm’s real estate section, working on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including commercial acquisition, sale, and financing transactions, lot purchase transactions for residential subdivisions, and title insurance matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Desiree began her career in residential real estate in 2016 working for a Pennsylvania title company, after which she worked as a real estate paralegal at a Delaware law firm supporting residential transactions in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Desiree enjoys approaching her work methodically and producing deliverables that require a particular attention to detail. A Delaware native, Desiree obtained her Associate in Arts degree from University of Delaware in 2012.
