Daniel Barrow is a transactional attorney and associate at the firm, with a practice focusing on commercial real estate transactions, the formation and governance of Delaware corporations and alternative entities, and the rendering of legal opinions.
Prior to joining Tarabicos Grosso, LLP, Daniel served as in-house counsel at Susquehanna International Group, LLP, where he advised on a variety of compliance and corporate governance matters, prior to which he was an associate at Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A., where he practiced in the Corporate Advisory Practice Group.
