Earlier this year, while celebrating our founding partner Larry Tarabicos’s 40th anniversary of legal practice, the firm established an annual award in his honor. Today, at the first annual award luncheon, the first recipient of that award was named, and we are delighted to honor Megan Hughes for her many years of service, leadership, and all-around contributions to the firm.
Megan has been with the firm since 2014 and has held numerous roles in that time, and has provided guidance and support to many new employees in each of them. She also serves her local community in a number of ways and reflects the best aspects of the culture Larry and the partners have sought to establish here at the firm.

The purpose of this award is to honor the legacy of mentorship, community service, work ethic, and excellence of Tarabicos Grosso, LLP’s founding partner, Larry Tarabicos, Esquire.
In recognition of Larry’s 40 years of practicing law, his extensive mentorship of Delaware attorneys, and his many personal charitable efforts, the firm has established this employee award. As Founding Partner of Tarabicos Grosso, LLP and in his earlier roles at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor and Morris James, Larry built a reputation for sharing his expertise, encouraging growth, and tailoring his mentorship to each individual. His leadership was central to cultivating a culture of excellence, teamwork, and service within his firm, and his influence extends beyond the profession through his ceaseless and sincere commitment to community involvement and charitable initiatives. This award perpetuates Larry’s legacy of leadership, mentorship, and service to the local community.
