Larry Tarabicos was quoted in an article discussing the proposed development of a 1.8 million square foot mixed-use community of office space, luxury apartments, a hotel, restaurants, and retail shops at the Fairfax campus once occupied entirely by AstraZeneca on U.S. 202 in Wilmington, Delaware. Tarabicos Grosso represents the developer of the project, Delle Donne & Associates.
The project, known as Avenue North, aims to revitalize the area with a modern, walkable multi-use space and small-town feel. An initial Plan will likely be filed with the county and the Delaware Department of Transportation in the coming weeks, and if the Plan moves forward, construction will start within three years.
