Tarabicos Grosso represents developer Buccini-Pollin Group in connection with the redevelopment of the Concord Plaza office park located at 3535 Silverside Road, in Wilmington, Delaware. The Concord Plaza office park, now known as The Concord, is a planned mixed-use community with 341 luxury apartments, high-end restaurants, and office space. New developments include four five-story and two four-story buildings, a 60,000-square foot office building, and 40,000-square feet for specialty retail.
The Concord has already caught the attention of hospitality group and fellow Tarabicos Grosso client, Platinum Dining Group, which plans to open two new restaurants, El Camino Mexican Kitchen and Taverna Rustic Italian, within the newly developed specialty retail space. Tarabicos Grosso negotiated the leases for El Camino and Taverna.
