In a recent Delaware Business Times article, the sale of the Lodge at Historic Lewes got a full run-down, which placed the transaction in the larger context of Delaware and national senior living real estate closings generally. As mentioned in the article, this marked the first time that the buyer, a national REIT focused on senior living communities, had made an acquisition in the state.
