Tarabicos Grosso’s Mike Hoffman was quoted in an article discussing Newark City Council’s unanimous approval of a once-controversial plan to build apartments and additional retail space in the Park N Shop plaza on South Main Street in Newark, Delaware. Tarabicos Grosso represents the developer of the property, DSM Commercial.
In response to concerns previously raised about the project, DSM agreed to three minor stipulations requested by Councilman Chris Hamilton. “DSM agreed to provide 24-hour contact information for the property manager in case of problems, avoid providing outdoor gathering areas for the apartment tenants and include language in the apartment leases that addresses noise violations,” Hoffman said. “We hope that the above three representations further reinforce the applicant’s commitment to seeing that the Park N Shop property is an asset, not a detriment, to the community.”
