Tarabicos Grosso’s Geoff Grosso and Scott Matthews negotiated a ground lease for the opening of the region’s newest Starbucks. The store is located on Concord Pike in Wilmington, Delaware, where a Wendy’s used to sit. The popular coffee shop’s newest location comes with an uncommon feature: a drive-thru. Tarabicos Grosso represents the owner of the property, JSO Partners.
