Kristina is an associate attorney in the firm’s real estate and land use sections, working on a wide range of land use, zoning, transactional real estate, and financing matters – most notably lot purchases, the acquisition and financing of subdivisions, the coordination of settlement matters, and the development of commercial real estate properties.
Kristina joined our firm in 2015 having worked as a paralegal since 2010, with experience in many areas of the law, including military law, family law, wrongful death, and landlord tenant disputes. She completed her law degree with magna cum laude honors at Delaware Law School in 2017. For her undergraduate degree, Kristina studied Criminal Justice and Fire Protection at the University of New Haven. Kristina’s previous experience includes 2 years at Manion Gaynor & Manning, LLP in Wilmington, DE, primarily working in toxic tort defense litigation.
