Kathleen Kogut is a paralegal in the firm’s commercial litigation practice group, assisting the firm’s attorneys on a wide range of commercial litigation, employment law, land use, and real estate matters. She specializes in the preparation of pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents and has experience in the litigation process, with knowledge of electronic filing procedures and platforms. In addition, Kathleen provides versatile, sophisticated legal administrative support to the firm on a variety of matters.
Kathleen graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in History in 2019 and has a strong interest in history preservation, having previously worked for the Chadds Ford Historical Society. Prior to joining the firm, Kathleen gained experience as a paralegal for a local Pennsylvania firm specializing in insurance defense law.
