Delle Donne & Associate’s STAR Tower, a 10-story innovation hub at the University of Delaware’s Science Technology and Research (STAR) Campus featuring a mix of state-of-the-art classrooms, labs, and high-tech commercial tenants, was featured on USA Today’s list of amazing university buildings.
STAR Tower, which is owned by an affiliate entity of developer Delle Donne & Associates and leased back, in part, to the University which owns the underlying land, is the third phase of construction at the 16-acre STAR Campus and the first all-new project there since UD purchased the property from Chrysler in 2009.
Tarabicos Grosso, LLP represented Delle Donne and its affiliated entities in connection with financing, leasing, and transactional work for STAR Tower and the two earlier phases of the STAR Campus, which is also home to UD’s Health Sciences Complex, a lab incubator for small research companies run by Delaware Technology Park, and commercial tenants including SevOne, Chemours, Independence Prosthetics-Orthotics, Inc., and Christiana Care.
