Geoffrey L. Grosso

Geoff concentrates his practice on commercial
and residential real estate transactions
involving the acquisition, sale, lease, finance
and development of real estate properties

Geoff has represented home builders and real estate developers in all types of real estate transactions, including residential developments, shopping centers, office buildings, parking garages, condominiums, storage facilities, and other commercial retail locations. Geoff's strong background in business provides him a unique perspective on legal business matters. Geoff earned his MBA and worked for various homebuilders, a real estate developer, and a large construction and engineering company prior to his legal career. His education coupled with his business career allows him to view transactions from a business perspective.

Scott L. Matthews

Scott focuses his practice on commercial transactions
of all types, including commercial real estate
transactions, and the formation and utilization
of Delaware limited liability companies,
partnerships and corporations.

Scott has represented major corporations, lending institutions and investment funds in connection with commercial real estate finance transactions, tax credit finance transactions, cross-border and domestic commercial transactions, structured finance and secured transactions under Articles 8 and 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. He has represented a diverse array of clients in international and domestic transactions of all sizes, including lending institutions Crédit Agricole, Barclays, JPMorgan Chase, The Royal Bank of Scotland Group and Bank of America; private equity funds The Blackstone Group and Apollo Management; real estate investment companies Simon Property Group, Kimco Realty Corporation and Developers Diversified Realty Corporation; and ExxonMobil and General Electric. He specializes in the provision of legal opinions in connection with such transactions, and the formation and utilization of Delaware limited liability companies, partnerships, corporations and statutory trusts. He is the author or co-author of numerous articles on Delaware corporate, alternative entity and secured transactions law, and is an active member of the ABA Section of Business Law and the Delaware State Bar Association.
